Retreat Overview
Designed exclusively for stitchers, this intimate Paris Needlepoint Retreat blends art, culture, history, and unforgettable needlepoint experiences throughout the City of Light.
This exclusive tour begins at 3 p.m. on September 27, 2027. Airport taxi transfer is included for arrivals on September 27.
All public transportation (Metro) and all private transportation required during scheduled touring is included.
All breakfasts are included.
Some meals are included.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Because this retreat is limited to just 10 guests and includes custom materials and prepaid private experiences, the following policy applies.
Deposit & Final Payment
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your space.
Of this amount, $500 is nonrefundable.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure (June 29, 2027).
Bookings made within 90 days require full payment at registration.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
More than 90 days before departure: $500 nonrefundable (the initial deposit amount).
90 days or fewer before departure: Retreat payments are nonrefundable.
Due to the small group size and advance commitments to vendors, we are unable to offer refunds for unused portions of the retreat, including late arrivals or early departures.
Reservation Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest (with approval) up to 30 days before departure.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
If the Retreat Is Canceled
Europe is dynamic. If the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, all payments received will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for independent travel arrangements such as airfare.
